Welcome to Bluefilteroptics! We’re dedicated to ensuring our customers are delighted with their purchases of our Blue Light glasses. However, we understand that there may be instances where you’re not completely satisfied. To address this, we’ve established a clear, fair, and straightforward Refunds and Returns Policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may return the Blue Light glasses purchased from Bluefilteroptics within 30 days of receipt if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at ozzy0617@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for a return authorization and instructions from our team. Do not send your purchase back to us without this authorization, as it cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with shipping instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item and compliance with our returns policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ozzy0617@gmail.com and wait for exchange authorization and instructions.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
